This is a photo tour of the Burlington Northern from east to west across the three time zones the BN operated in. The photographs also span the years from the formation of the BN with many photographs of first-generation diesel power painted in the predecessor road paint schemes. It is a good photo mix of urban and rural scenes, branch lines and mainlines, intermodal and mixed freights, etc.
