The presentation is like looking through a book on a computer. The CD-ROM works in PCs (WIN 2000/XP/Vista/10) and Macs and is self-starting. The images and information can be printed out.
While the Milwaukee Road's depots, freighthouses and roundhouses have largely disappeared, remnants of that earlier era are still out there. The CD book shows Milwaukee Road depots and structures still standing in Indiana, Illinois, Wisconsin, Iowa, Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, Montana, Idaho and Washington. These structures were observed in the 2006-2015 time period.
In addition to the 221 photos, there is also information on how to find these structures, including quite a few with GPS coordinates.
