Volume 3 in the Santa Fe Railway Historical and Modeling Society's Rolling Stock Reference Series covers Furniture and Automobile Box Cars. The author, the late Richard Hendrickson, well-known to most Santa Fe fans as Mr. Freight Car, was a frequent contributor to the Warbonnet, and its predecessors as well as co-author of Volume Two in this series, Refrigerator Cars: Ice Bunker Cars, 1884-1953.
