Among the best-known model railroads in the world, George Sellios' HO scale Franklin & South Manchester has been covered extensively in the model railroad press. George has been the proprietor of Fine Scale Miniatures, a Producer//of highly detailed HO structure kits, since 1965. He began building the Franklin & South Manchester in 1985, and his progress ever since has been remarkable for both its quantity and superb quality.
