Some notes about Tru-Color Paint:
Tru-Color Paint is an Acrylic 'hot' paint formula with a combination of Acetone and other media for its base. Ventilation when using this paint is required. The fumes are not as strong as the former Floquil line of paints. Use cheap Acetone for clean-up.
Tru-Color's Thinner and Rejuvenator works for both Airbrush-ready and Paintbrush-ready formulas. The Airbrush-ready paint is thin, and it is not recommended for brush painting. The Flat colors (brush-able line) may be sprayed by thinning at least by 40% and using a PSI of 28.
Because the bottles are made of a soft plastic, some solvent may have escaped through evaporation. Fill the bottle with Tru-Color's Thinner or Rejuvenator to just below the bottle's neck and that should be the correct amount of solvent to pigment as originally bottled at the factory. Of course, experiment to see what works best for you.
