The photo album is like looking through a book on a computer. The self-starting CD-ROM works in PCs (WIN 2000/XP/Vista/10) and Macs. Images and information can be printed out.
While the Burlington's depots, freighthouses and roundhouses have largely disappeared, remnants of that earlier era are still out there. This CD book shows Chicago, Burlington & Quincy depots and structures, along with preserved steam locomotives, still standing in Illinois, Wisconsin, Minnesota, Iowa, Missouri, Kansas, Nebraska, Colorado, South Dakota, Wyoming and Montana.
In addition to the 154 photos, there is information on where to find the structures, often with GPS coordinates. The photos were taken in the 2008-2015 time period.
